Dear Humidipak: I have been collecting cigars for several years and I currently maintain 9 large desk top humidors which used to take me at least a two or three hours a month to keep humidified properly. I also had to rotate cigars from the bottom to the top every couple of months. With Humidipak not only are my cigars in a more consistent environment, but the time I spend maintaining perfect humidity has dropped to only a couple hours a year. “I did a little experiment courtesy of one of the other CFers... I received four cigars in a Humidipak baggie in the mail. Rather than putting them in my regular humidor and letting them settle for a few days, I immediately smoked two. They both acted like they had just come out of the humidor! …I agree, from what I've seen, this is an amazing product. I wish I could just buy the packets, if I could, I'd be all over them for tupperdors.”

”Your Humidipak’s work great during altitude changes. I was about to give up traveling with cigars, because when I got to the other side, they were nearly unsmokable. I switched to a Humidor Bag and everything smoked perfectly on the other side of the flight. Then I finally moved into a Cigar Caddy which does the same. (I use a Humidipak as the humidification element in it.) I have found a very small fluctuation in the RH amongst about 100 packs. It seems to be more pronounced with temp changes. But, it is small. I've measured as much as a 3% difference amongst one group. But, if I average everything and throw out the top 10% and bottom 10% to try to account for statistical anomalies, I've only found a variance of +/- 1% among the Humidipaks I've tested. MUCH tighter control than anything I've played with.”
